Since the early 1900, the name Cabaret Voltaire has stood for maintaining artistic integrity, passion and innovation in a time when these ideals were disappearing….not unlike our time now. With Victoria slowly loosing venues, and it becoming harder for local artists and performers to showcase their pieces, Ambiguous Arts Festivals is dedicated to creating new and exciting collaborative evenings, in varying Venues through out Victoria, staying true to the name Cabernet Voltaire. These soirees, which will be happening periodically through out the summer, aim to be raucous events with artists experimenting with new forms of artistic expression from performance to visual, and including any exciting combinations in between. These are nights to expect the unexpected, and see what Victoria has up to offer.
